E007 Error Message

I got the following e-mail today. Anyone else experienced this error message and found a fix?

I thank you very much for your reponse and I am sorry that I have not
replied sooner. It's just that it has taken me 2 years to actually get
around to doing it.

However your solution appears to have worked in that I no longer get the DEW
indicator (touch wood) and I even managed to record some video. However the
next time I went to use it I now get an E007 error, which I seem to remember
I was getting before occasionally as well.

Would you have any idea what this is indicating, and do you know of a fix
for it.

I have Googled for it and a number of people appear to have suffered from
it, but I have found no apparent cures.

Or should I just resign myself to the fact that is not even useful as a boat
anchor.

I was told yesterday by sharp the e007 error is related to the dew sensor also -??? I'm a loss what to do also... so annoying - halfway through a school play yesterday and the dew error appeared and tape wold not go back in. I also get e007 error so now I'm really worried since the dew sensor soldering hasn't fixed this e007 error for you. Let me know if you find anything out, thanks - lee
