Dew Message and now not showing any picture!

Hi! I had this dew problem for a while and today my camera is not showing picture. It doesn't even have sound. Don't know wats wrong. Please help!!!

Hi Khati,
Had you corrected the "Dew" message before this new problem cropped up? If not, you may want to resolder the joints first to eliminate that as a problem. Then, if you are getting no picture or sound, does the camera turn on - if not then I'd first begin to look at your power source - using your charger, plug it in and see if it works with the ac converter. When the converter is attached, does the battery charging light come on. If not, you may have a faulty charger or broken wire leading from the charger to the pin at the camera, and your battery may be fully depleted.

Thanks Sir! Well, yeah its turning on and off well. But it has got problem with the display. Its just not playing the video and there is no sound either. Yesterday it was showing a blank page only, but today when i played the video i could see the picture but with lots of lines accross the screen then again it went blank.
